The process begins when a customer reaches out for services, which may include export/import (air or sea), transportation of goods, or other logistics solutions. Each request is directed to the respective sales manager based on the customer's location. The sales manager then coordinates with the pricing team to obtain detailed quotes for the requested services. These quotes include the base costs of the services plus a margin added by us to ensure profitability. Once the final quote is prepared, it is shared with the customer for review and approval.
